  11. I use visual C++ 2.0 's waveOutOpen() to open a wave output device in
  12. environment win95, but it return error message not matter how I change 
  13. the input values.  Do anyone have similar problem with me? I just wonder
  14. if waveOutOpen() could work properly under win95?  Please mail me if you
  15. have any idea on such problem
